"Why do you feel nothing after your loved ones forgive you for a mistake?" When we hurt someone, even if only with words, we regret it, but we also take their love for granted afterwards. We say we're sorry and ask for forgiveness because it seems normal to us, it makes us feel better, and we know very well that they'll only forgive us because they love us, and that makes us feel good for the moment . Everything is back to normal. But we never ask ourselves why we are doing this. Why are we taking advantage of their feelings just to make ourselves feel better? What do we actually feel? Why do we force our loved ones to forgive us when in fact they still suffer because of us? Why do we make them suffer just to comfort ourselves? Take a moment and think about how you really feel. What you feel when you think about your loved ones being hurt by you? If you really care about them, you think a simple ''I'm sorry'' would do?No. You need to show them how you feel, talk to them, open your heart, show them that you are truly sorry, make an effort, an effort for them and for you, don't just follow a repetitive cycle that won't bring anything good. An "I'm sorry" can sometimes hurt more than what it brought you to say that sentence.
