Ante todo esto siempre buscó la forma de cambiar su realidad ya sea denunciándolo o ella misma poner barreras gracias a que las agresiones la habían hecho forjar un carácter impulsivo y violento, pero esto no trajo ninguna solución a su vida, solo consiguió que la tildaran de loca. para que después unos incompetente s del servicio de la salud pública le diagnosticarán esquizofrenia paranoia, obligada a tomar fármacos, y ser apuntada con el dedo aumentando así más las burlas de su compañero y además las violaciones de parte de su padrastro, ya que las palabras de la niña nunca fue creíble. Ana cae en un profundo espiral de frustración donde la ira y su agresividad se ve incrementada. Es así como un día la internan en un hospital psiquiátrico donde nunca se acostumbró a estar allí. Varias veces intentando escapar, así que un día es recluida en el sótano del manicomio para evitar posibles intentos de fuga, hasta que por un hecho fortuito Ana muere. pero al pasarse al lado de los no vivos descubre los enigmas de las almas y de la muerte donde no siempre parece ser el fin. cuando al llegar al cielo, no es recibida en el descanso eterno, sino que al haber pasado por una mala vida, la regresan a la tierra. Con el fin que de darle una segunda oportunidad, pero con la condición que en algún momento deberá enfrentar el pasado oscuro, que parecía haber quedado atrás, en donde las fuerza de los demonios de sus traumas que amenaza su nueva vida, ahora como Renata se enfrentan, para por fin vivir una vida sin problemas o donde será devorada despiadadamente por los fantasmas del pasado llevándole a un infierno sin retorno.
