Pheobe Elizabeth Masen Cullen is the younger twin to Renesmee Carlie Cullen and the daughter of Edward and Isabella Cullen. When Pheobe was born she was very ill because she hadn't fully developed yet unlike Renesmee was a normal healthy baby.
