This is on my first account! @kuzifeellikeit Also don't judge me I wrote this like 3 years ago, also for a class and ya. It could be improved I just haven't really felt like it. Please enjoy :) Imagine a world so destroyed that the entire essence of color doesn't exist. Life is always like a black and white goes town and dictators rule. That is the world Amelia Godt lives in. People can't, or more correctly, don't know they can open their eyes. The eyelids of people are transparent and that is what causes the black and white life. Amelia is put to the test when she finds out that there is a better life out there for her, and that she can open her eyes.
