However, delving deep into their relationship uncovers the sweet affection they share for one another. "It's just the way the heart works," Ritsu firmly believes. If he were to be told that he, a lawyer apprentice working to become just like his studious attorney of a father, would be dating someone like Ren, a lazy, blunt gamer who was obsessed with horror films but also a scaredy cat that stuffed his face with ramen, then he would have laughed! But, as of the present, he couldn't really imagine what it would be like at Darkwick without a boyfriend like that. And Ren could say the same. Conversations over a cup of ramen weren't so bad between two completely different males who shared the same devotion and loyalty for one relationship.
