Mass reporting: when someone tries to get others to report another for crimes as large as intellectual property infringement to as little as a single comment calling someone a name. Does it really get the website moderators' attention and get the issue resolved faster? Or does it just end up putting a strain on the website's report system and buries other reports that are just as important?

Okay so this is actually a school report that I made with my friend. Thanks to my friend for helping me write this wonderful report about my favorite president!
