When Lance awakens, he finds himself laying face up on a bed in a mansion with his hands crossed over his chest. He has no real time to question his predicament before meeting Alice for the first time, and soon a man claiming to be a cop and several Umbrella operatives apparently sent to investigate an incident in the Hive. But as Lance goes along with them because he has no idea what he's doing there to begin with, he also has to question a beautiful but highly strange silver necklace with blue stones and a gold pendant around his neck, which shimmers with hints of purity, but unpredictability. Inevitably, a sister computer program to the Red Queen emerges who has never been known of before. And this computer's involvement in the course of Alice and Lance's journey changes the course of everything.
