When Roan’s parents and the people of Longlight perish in a raid, Roan is filled with rage. Torn between his desire for revenge and the legacy of peace he has inherited, he is taken in by a sect of warriors. Here he learns he has exceptional talent as a fighter. But Roan is haunted by visions he can’t understand. When he commits his first act of violence, he flees in disgust into the most wasted lands of all, the Devastation. It is only when Roan meets the strange girl Alandra that he begins to understand his life’s purpose and why the village of Longlight was destroyed.

This is kinda just how I feel sometimes. Empty and meaningless. Of course, I don't always feel this way... This is about my journey to finding purpose. This is a fictional book but it's based off of a lot how I feel/felt. The story is written in a diary setting, so my character is writing in their diary about how they feel. Nothing supernatural. Just a simple book meant to be read in a cursive accent. :)

"I have never kissed you, Trace, what do you mean?' "Yes, you have. Like on occasion. That first night we met, for Pete's Sake, Richard, have you forgotten?" He frowned. "Those have not been real kisses. Pecks, brushes, not real..." "Well," she said pragmatically. "Even if we do kiss on set, for the film audience, not like that's real either." This was a bad hour, the thought flicked through her mind. She shouldn't be up right now, sitting on the counter, with him so close, so.... He leaned toward her. "Maybe we should practice." His voice was that very soft, very sexy screen voice she'd heard him use in several movies. He watched her as he got closer, watched for the sign that she would stop him. Watched for her pulling away, she didn't. Was she thinking about Raine? Was she caught up in the moment? Could she really feel for him what he felt for her? Richard felt his world rocking. Was this the tell-tale moment when it all came crashing down?

The year is 1789, and Henry Kent is captain of a ship bound to the High Arctic on an explorative expedition. On the way he meets John Manning, a charming boy of twelve with dreams of adventure. This book will contain 10 different Short stories, whether it's romance, fantasy, thriller or something else and some poems.

Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Freedom Planet and Shantae. These are excellent games, two of them bringing a new generation as indie games. But one question remain... ... No I am not going to make that cliché question "What would happen if they meet each other". Because today, in this story, WE WILL travel with our heroes in an adventure against their antagonist to save their own worlds from destruction. So... are you ready for the adventure of your life? A short New Year's story about Chara and Asriel before the whole buttercup incident and all that. The story is supposed to focus on Chara and their New Year's Resolutions. This was just for a contest on Undertale Amino. By the way, restitution is "the restoration of something lost or stolen from its proper owner". I wanted to be creative with the title, so I used a word that rhymes with resolution and also kinda has to do with the resolutions I included? The Chara art on the cover is by dietbepis on Deviantart. I just added a background and some edits in Pixlr.

Sometimes it's quite impossible to fathom love. Jessie knows this. Maybe that's why she's given in and fallen in love again. This time, it's with someone she shouldn't, and perhaps that's the reason she's tearing herself to shreds. There isn't always a happy ending, and Jessie is well aware of this. It was never going to go her way. But maybe she could make things work for a while. Because sometimes, you might even be capable of wishing yourself into a fabricated joy. I do not wish to leave Gregor, Luxa and the Underland in war-torn despair. As such, I have written this story in an effort to heal some of the wounds which the Chronicles may have left in you. Ethan Dost is a 17 year old senior in high school. He's lived in San Diego his entire life and he never ever considered going anywhere else; he didn't want to. He was planning to open his own surf shop and run it with one, possibly two of his friends. He lived, breathed, and drank the ocean, always feeling right at home. Then, one day, he saves the life of this girl. She's half-blind, excitable, and full of adventure. Ethan thinks she's absolutely insane when he first meets her, for she has eyes that light up easily at the smallest things and she continues to speak of all the places she's been, her smile blinding. Ethan honestly doesn't know what to make of her as he gets to know her though. Part of him starts to grow strong feelings for this stranger, but the other half beats him to pieces, saying that he promised himself he was going to stay in San Diego. And when this girl offers to take Ethan on a trip cross-country with her, Ethan is faced with an impossible decision as things continue to become more and more complicated.
