Welcome to the MTH version of folklores, myths, legends, and fairy tales. Some are dark and twisted while others may be fun and silly. All these stories are based on the originals that were made back in the day. This is a fun side project I work on when I get creative energy!

A selfish young woman gets a lesson in gratitude. This is a reworking of the English fairy tale "The Well at the World's End". Written for @lgbtq's 'Coffee&Pride: #WrittenWithPride' challenge (June 2021), using the @retold prompt (I paraphrase): "While enjoying a stress-relieving mug of coffee, you see another person in the liquid, as if looking through a glass at a whole other side. Then something odd happens: you find yourself stuck in their body in their world."

Kathrin Elisabeth lived in Amarica her whole life, dreaming of being a pirate. Four years ago, the older boy down the street went missing, ran away the cops had said. After her father went off to war, he died in an acident. the last words her father had told her were, "Be strong, little pirate." She practiced her fencing and fighting untill she could best almost everyone but since her father was gone and mother, lost to childbirth, she ended up in a orphanage. She wouldn't give up like that though. History should be pure, scientific history. But there are other versions, less pure, less scientific but sometimes more attractive.There are historical fictions, fictionised history and alternative history. I personally feel that Alternative hisrory is most difficult to write. In this context I remember that the famous British writer Len Deighton wrote one of the best alternative history books in 1978. The sublect is what would have happened if Germany defeated Englend in the 2nd World War. Adolf Hitler lectured at a rally of nurses and social workers on 4th September, 1940. The book starts with what Hitler said- " In England they're filled with curiosity and keep asking, ' Why does not he come? Be calm. Be calm. He is coming! He is coming.'

Animal Jam Fans have heard the story of Jamaa many times, but there must be something before that... and here it is. The story of two immortal deities who effected jamaa's creations more than anyone knows, but their names are hardly known.

Ivy Morrison is your average Potterhead, but when she is visited from the most unlikely person in the world her life is anything but destroyed. 13 year old Ivy just came home from school to her little house in a small town in Kansas, when she hears a knock on the door. When she opened the door she sure as heck did not expect Tom freaking Felton to be there. Even further, he rushes in announcing that she pack her bag and get ready to leave for Hogwarts. What she doesn't realize is that Tom is not his 27 year old self, but looks about the same age as herself. Against her own will(not really, I mean it's Tom Felton, who would refuse him?) she grabs her stuff( including the Harry Potter books/movies)and heads out the door. Still unsure of what is happening he takes her to see Dumbledore; where he explains everything, well only the stuff that he knows since he himself is oblivious to the remaining facts. Ivy learns stuff she will never be able to live with even though she is kind of being forced to grow up and face the facts of what lies a head of her.
