Revalink Stories

The Calamity had returned. Link is missing, presumed dead, along with the Queen of Hyrule: Zelda. All seems dark, and more than ever before the world is tittering on the edge of a blade. Poised to fall into a pit of despair to which it would never return. Yet, when the world is at its darkest, and there's no hope in sight. That is when a hero will arise to light the way, and banish the shadows from whence they came. As the old legends say, where darkness rises, a hero of light will too rise to meet it. This is the story of Link, after his happily ever after.

{The color green had haunted him since.} Post-Calamity, Link and Zelda detour through Rito Village to check on Vah Medoh, whilst Zelda attempts to reconnect the dots for the still amnesic hero. It leads to a harsh discovery. A lot of Rito head canon exploration... a lot. Explanation was in comments but it got reported? Anyways better version is on AO3 💕

Warning!: Contains mild spoilers for Tears of the Kingdom (Rito Village Regional Phenomena Main Quest) Link had been visiting Rito village consistently for a couple of weeks now, which initially did not seem like anything out of the ordinary. However, Teba and his son, Tulin start getting worried as Link remains silent. Note: I am nowhere near a good writer, so please don't hate about plot holes and stuff because I was also doing this in a hurry 😭. Tips are welcome!

Link found himself considering the Champions- as well as himself. How he fit in; what piece of the puzzle he played. He knew who he was as a Champion- he was the wielder of the sword of legend. He knew who he was to Zelda, to Mipha, to Daruk and Urbosa. Revali, instead, was an enigma

Link and Revali were never the best of friends, most people who knew then wouldn't even consider the two friends at all. But once Revali accidentally manages to trap the two in Divine Beast Vah Medoh, they grow to be just a bit more than friends. After all, when trapped inside a Divine Beast all you can really do is get to know each other.

Breath of wild isn't mine nor is the cover. All copyrights for botw go to Nintendo. The story of the plot is mine. What if link wasn't just the champion of the master sword? What if he had his own divine beast before the calamity even started? What would Link do to stop the calamity before it takes everyone he holds dear? Ever since Link was a young boy, he lost all he ever knew and had to the darkest of dark forces. Forced to go on a journey in order to grow and survive, Link encounters many new people and grows new bonds but when the darkness strikes again. Link is forced to give up these new bonds and go into hiding to keep them safe but fate won't stand still. The world calls for its forgotten champion and it won't stop until he answers its call. Journey with Link and his new family and friends as they travel throughout Hyrule solving forgotten mysteries and unraveling forbidden secrets of the divine, along with a little romance between an ignorant rito and a secretive link.

Revalink Oneshot

This storyline follows after Age Of Calamity where all of the champions are alive. After defeating Gannon the champions live their lives at the castle for the time being because that's where they are most needed. Revali has been at Links throat and hates his guts but even he notices that even though Link is Link, he was even more quiet and distant than before. He starts to realize him and Link aren't that different from eachother after all. READ TO FIND OUT MORE!!!

This takes place after the events of Age of Calamity (in which the champions survive, as well as after the full rebuild of Hyrule) Will include fluff, angst, and eventual smut! After the calamity the princess and a certain knight soon find out that the champions are alive. Feeling bad about there relationship before, Revali tries to make amends with Link and spends most of his time with him and soon develops feeling towards his hero. A Hyrule holiday brought back from being lost to the ages. The entire castle is decorated in oranges and blacks with cats and keese creeping in the night. Everyone is clad in visages of monsters and ghouls, creatures of legend meant to frighten away evil spirits. It is also a time for candy and jubilant celebration, especially for the children of Hyrule. For the champions, they face a new task. One that will test every facet of their skills... Hosting an All Hallows Eve party!

So... Link dies after defeating Gannon, right? And he soon finds himself in the afterlife. Slowly, he begins to figure out his afterlife, alongside the champions. Him and Revali no longer have anything to fight about, and they don't even need to take an interest in each other. So why do they always end up together in some way shape or form?

The Kingdom of Hyrule is scrambling to prepare for the prophesied Calamity that is inching ever-closer. The five Champions have been appointed, and they're the ones meant to save the kingdom. Friends are formed, and so are rivals. Link and Revali are constantly on each others backs, and it seems that they are complete opposites. But with the pressure of impending doom looming over them, they're forced to work together, and they might just realize that they're not so different after all. I do not own Legend of Zelda!! The only thing I own is the deviations from the plot of Breath of the Wild.

"Do... Do you not remember him?" Mipha asked, and when Link shook his head no, she looked astounded. Link sets out to free Vah Medoh and Revali.
