" I saw him leaning against the wall, cigarette in hand. The air around him had taken on a deep color, and the heavy smell of smoke made its way to my nose. A sharp gust of wind blew cold, dry air into my face. I subconsciously tugged at the sleeves of my sweater, covering my hands. 'Haven't seen you in a while.' He mumbled, taking a deep breath from his cigarette. I noticed his posture tensed slightly, so I copied him, crossing my arms. I walked over to him and leaned against the wall. 'I was,' I started. 'I was busy.' 'Busy doing what? You never go to parties, you quit your job last month, and we didn't get any homework this week.' I sighed and shifted my legs, balancing my weight on the leg furthest from him. I guess even he can tell when I'm lying. 'You can't lie to me, sweetheart. I've lied enough in my life to call anyone else's bluff.' He continued. He stood up from his leaning position, and turned toward me. 'So. The truth.' He waved the cigarette around in the air. Gerard Way can see things. And before you say he's just a crazy psychopath, hear me out. Gerard Way was born with the gift to see things. So was his brother. All their lives they grew up seeing the monsters under their beds, seeing the things that stay in the corner of your room. One day, they found people that could see like them. They started a band, started families. And then it happened. The end of the world came crashing down, people dying because of unknown reasons and going missing. But they knew. Oh, they knew. And when Ray's family was killed, they took action. Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Frank Iero and Ray Toro are America's most wanted, for the murder of hundreds of people. But they know the truth. They're not people, they're not even human. But in a world like this, can anyone really be human?

"I um... im not sure what to say next. Here... okay... Frankie and Ray; I'm sorry. I said I would be okay, and for a moment I actually believed it. I'm uhh... I just really want to let you two know that uhm... you guys have really been taking care of me, and I uh, I really needed it. Thanks for giving me a shoulder. And uhm... Gerard nodded, as he ended the voicemail, and stood on the edge of the roof, ready to execute his plan. He saw the sky, and how beautiful it looked. There was a lovely calm pink sunset beginning to form on the horizon. He decided that he didn't mind that this would be his last sight.
