The story follows the life of a young boy named Prince, who lives in Assamankesi, a town in the eastern region. At 15, Prince is a good-looking teenager with dreams of becoming a florist. However, his ambitions are hindered by financial difficulties, forcing him to make tough choices, including committing a crime to continue his education.
Prince's life takes a turn when he meets Excel, a young girl from Anchorage Secondary School, who he helps at the market one day. Their interaction sparks a friendship that grows over time. However, as they both navigate their teenage years, complicated emotions and relationships emerge.
As Prince and Excel become close friends, Excel begins to develop feelings for Prince, but he never reciprocates. Their lives intertwine further as they attend the same school and eventually graduate together. However, the situation becomes more complex when Prince falls for Excel's best friend, Emanuela (Ella), who also harbors feelings for him.
