Up until the year 2016 Casey was taken into the West's family where she met Iris West and Barry Allen, who's mother also was killed by a man in yellow. That was what Barry always told them. He described it in his own way when Joe , Iris's dad, described it as a scared boy trying to protect his father,but Casey always believed Barry's version of the story. Iris,Barry and Casey grew close through all the years. But Barry has other thoughts about how he saw Casey. Since he even knew what love was. His heart still skipped a beat whenever she's around and even when she hugged him. Will Barry confess his feelings for Casey or will he stay closed up and gaurded?Casey and Barry never really liked it to bring their past up to anyone and tried to keep it to each other. He was born with his powers connected to The Negative Speed Force, making him a wild child from birth, but by controlling his anger and hate towards his father, he has made work on his connection. The world needed a hero again, there was no Flash or Kid Flash... but Ethan needed to make that yellow good again, represent the good and light Kid Flash showed, the hope Flash gave... and to show that even the spawn of Eobard Thawne can do good... from that point in time... when people looked at a red lightning and yellow blur... they would only feel... see a 𝐙𝐨𝐨𝐦 go by them.
