Top of the line Medical care, State of the art security system that covers the entire city, a limitless supply of food, and more; all for free. Free in monetary value. H.O.PE. (Higher Operating Power Exists) Preformed surgeries on citizens, placed implants and microchips to influence thoughts and monitor all movements. It has its hands in all security cameras. It's emergency services, it's economy It's everywhere, in one way or another. It must be stopped, before we aren't ourselves any longer.
