What if Claire and Jamie's first baby survived and what if it had been a boy. How will the story change? Warning: references to rape but no detail -- May 1744 He wriggles his toes, feeling his environment. He quickly realises how much his surroundings are constricted, his legs are tightly bound and he is being cradled in someone's arms. He opens his eyes and sees a woman leaning over him and realises she must be the one holding them. She's humming softly with a warm and happy smile. He can see that her skin is clammy and there are bruises under her eyes, the eyes that are amber, golden-brown as well as smoky topaz, but that doesn't dim her smile as she gazes upon the person in her arms. She's white and her brown hair surrounds her face in messy curls.

"Goodbye, Josephine. I'll see you when this dreadful war is over," my father says, trying to summon even a word from my mouth. I can't respond (not that I had planned to anyway) because the last part of my father's devastating message is mixed with hooves hitting the cobblestone. The click-clacking of the carriage reminds me of a soldiers' march, the sound that will soon be all too familiar to me. But he doesn't know that. He climbs into the carriage solemnly and closes the door. "Goodbye, father." My voice, hoarse from sobbing, whispers a quiet farewell. But it isn't goodbye. This is only the beginning. • • • (Y/N) Washington is ready for war. She knows the dangers. She knows that she's a woman. But she's ready. She's ready for it. The real question is, is she ready for death? • • • Status: completed

(Profanity warning to anyone that speaks French) (Blood and gore [literally a story based on a war, what were you expecting?]) (Not historically accurate) A story based on Hamilton The Musical, with added historical facts. I might add some songs or parts of songs, but not all of them. I hope you enjoy! I will do everything I can to avoid cursing (in English, anyway). (All Hamilton songs belong to Lin-Manuel Miranda)

William is an average, clever American soldier, fighting along side his great friends in the American Revolution. For years, they found ways to confound the enemy in times most desperate, and humbly helped bring their army closer and closer to victory... that is until William is met with a grim fate. Losing everything, including his loving wife, family, and dear friends, he wakes up in a world unknown to living man. Desperate to bring back his old life, he finds himself in an uncertain set of predicaments. The pain he endures, and the seemingly pointless, yet emotional adventures he goes on to bring power to the only person who can free him from his eternity of endless lonely hours, doesn't quite seem worth it in the end. He needs to find an answer to all of these questions going unanswered. He must find out why his idea, and thousands of others, of a loving god that he believed would bring him an everlasting afterlife with his departed loved ones from the past, could end up being so cruel and selfish with his ways. Gifted with a sacred power of escape, William will travel through his god's creations in search of the answer.

What would you do if you ended up almost 200 years in the past? ---------- Izzy McCarnthy is 18 years old, and not sure what to do next in life. With a whole world in front of her, there's just so many options! One thing she does love, is sewing. Not just any sewing, but sewing historical clothing. Izzy's friends talked her into going to Williamsburg, Virginia for a convention. While she's there, mysterious and unexplainable things start happening, until, the wildest one of all takes place. What will she do? How will she get back to modern day? Does she even want to go back? Izzy must rely on all her historical knowledge to try and blend in, and learns a few things along the way. ---------- Sorry, my description writing sucks, but the book isn't really that bad. I didn't mark this as mature audiences, but the language can be "mature" at times, and there is some romance but it's not like inappropriate or anything. If you're not old enough for high school, then don't read the book. Besides, I know y'all'd (wow that sounds to Texan-y) still read it even if I did mark it as mature. 🤫

The day he left me. The day he told me he would leave me. Not as a country, but as my little brother. My family... It was that day, that he tried to stop me yet I did not give in. As much as I wanted to be by his side once again...I couldn't. Not just for my people, but also for myself. It was that day, that the gears of fate turned once more. Like it did when we first met and looked at each other's eyes. //Angst

Picture this; On the verge of the Election of 1800, Senator Aaron Burr and Vice President Thomas Jefferson are both trying to claw their way to a shot at being the third president of the United States. New York delegate, lawyer, general, and former treasury secretary Alexander Hamilton stands in the way of the both of them. Politics is the weapon of choice for the man who built Manhattan. The fierce Federalist- possibly the most influential man in the state of New York- desperately needs to be won over by both of these men in order to succeed. Earlier, Aaron Burr thought he would be willing to utilize his daughter as a political means to an end but just as the election is inching nearer and Theodosia Burr encounters the handsome, charming, and shockingly sweet Philip Hamilton- he ultimately decides against his former plan. Alexander Hamilton casts his votes for the unthinkable candidate, and Jefferson takes office. Aaron Burr arranges a marriage for his daughter and takes up his new job with a bitter anticipation.
