In the late 2025, after 34 years of peace restored after Jetman's fight against Dimensional War Party Vyram, all the worlds suddenly merged with one another as a result of the unknown source of new Birdonic Wave across different worlds. As a result, Skyforce managed to calm the situation, and a new form of peace was formed. The team now decided to create a new Jetman team after the original team retired to everyday life. This is where they selected recruits at a young age, named Kotaro Minaru, and his sister, Amy Minaru. They are chosen to be new members of the Jetman team. As Kotaro already gains Birdonic Wave powers, a sudden return of Dimensional War Party Vyram, this time with new members taking its place, as they declare invasion and war on their peaceful union of Earth as they first attack Earth Ship. Luckily, Kotaro and the commander of Skyforce, Commander Aya Odagiri, escape the destruction of a spaceship. Still, unfortunately, they lost Amy Minaru as they believed she died during the attack on the space station. The Birdonic Wave energy is unleashed after the space station is destroyed, as its energy passes through four different characters as they later search for a new member with Birdonic Wave and later form a new Jetman team member, as they fight against evil invaders of Vyram.

There are days when people follow fairy tales, and how many pursue love in boarding school. But not one individual who follows and breaks the rule in his way of "justice" and truth. Meet Y/N Amarga, a lone student who doesn't need a bride or anyone, just like fairy tale tropes. He grew to despise the people of Ohtori Academy for their foolish desire, as he sought to destroy the fake fantasy they had fallen for, so that everyone could have their own dreams and goals without being manipulated and abused by the system. And it's all because his younger brother, Comel, was killed by someone with familiar connections to Ohtori Academy, as Y/N was traumatized by this. This led him to pursue vengeance for his younger brother, as he takes up a role as a student at Ohtori Academy and challenges Duelists to gain something special and find the one who did this to his younger brother. But in his journey as an Ohtori Academy student, he would soon encounter a girl, whom he thought was going to be a princess, but it turns out she actually sought to be a prince, as this spark was a unique event nobody expected.
