But not all stories have happy endings, and not every remaining god has pure intentions...

Most of Liyue's tales about the Yakshas leave out an important fact: a sixth Yaksha. [Y/N] was Liyue's sixth Yaksha, hand picked by Rex Lapis. Most might think that the reason she was excluded from modern day Liyue's stories was because she was weak. That couldn't be further from the truth. What had happened to make them left out of Liyue's history, you ask? Well, buckle up, because it's going to be a long story. TW: Blood, gore, death, suicide, mild cursing, and violence. It all happened in the Archon War, so if you know that, this is just a more descriptive version. Disclaimer: The fanart on the book cover belongs to the rightful owners. ( PRE-CANON ) 「Right from the start, I knew that I'd found a home for my heart beats fast」 ────────── Whenever he thought about Ajax, he recalled only one impression: there was someone out there in the human world who he, a god, had failed to protect, whose death he believed was his fault. Guilt had eaten upon him every time he thought about the boy, and the feeling never drifted away - not with how he remembered they had a promise which was never fulfilled yet. After the archon war, the hatred of fallen gods from the archon war still lingers which caused plagues, curses and miasmas all over Liyue. Rex lapis called upon the yakshas to help. The yakshas waged to a never ending war against the monsters and other such manifestions of the gods hatred. But over time this task stained them with karmic debt which wore away their souls and sanity. Madness and despair overwhelmed the yakshas : Some turned on each others and vanished: Alatus, who currently goes by the name xiao. That's is what the citizen know but what they don't know is that there's another yaksha alive that have made a contract with the celestial that she have to take over the power and visions of the fallen yakshas and have to protect tevyat until peace is restored.
