This is an AU (og name was jst memory AU, now it's the memory detach) where multiple people of R2's life that he loved have now died, leaving him to become as quiet and harsher then before. he learned to take his anger out on others as soon as 3PO had died. everyone else died, letting him live a normal life. 5 years later, (I'll give you a date everytime, dwdw) he had began working from home. keeping some unique items from his friends around the house. before the heard a new sith, Kylo Ren, was around. he had decided to find some teammates, carefully looking around for some. finding a group that called themselves the "Resistance". he had asked to join, warning them of his angerment in case. and they let him. where will it go next?

But when Kelsa Antilles goes missing on a supply mission with Jedi Cora Tonra and reappears with the news that Cora is now a Sith going by the name of Darth Caedaris, whose plans to rebuild the Final Order once again threaten the still-recovering Galaxy. It's once again time for these heroes to rise up to the challenge, and stop Caedaris, before it's too late, and the Galaxy is plunged into war once more. Rey was back to square one. Back to a sand-filled desert planet. Back to struggling for food. Back to being a nobody. Ben Solo goes home form his second year at college for the first time in months. He meets the foreign exchange students his mother is housing. He begins to build a friendship with one of them and begins to learn more about himself at the same time.

Rey, determined, accepted Kylo's hand and after five months abroad The Supremacy, has become restless. Everyday she is met with unwanted glances from those abroad the ship and now pregnant, all she longs for is a normalcy. Although content with Kylo being part of her life, knowing Ben is still in there, Rey misses her friends and has trouble adjusting to her new life.
