The Title will probably change, along with the cover, I'm just a bit lost on names at the moment. Walden William Darling, head experimenter of the Rainbow Factory, is as cold hearted and cruel as ever, and of course so are his experiments to find more. Who's to say that those experiments have to stay that way though? This fic is primarily platonic, might be a bit romantic later on, and will be slow burn because why not. It will also be accurate to the RF lore BEFORE the revamp where Dodo made it not an AU. So it'll be using the old names and characters, Walden will have his pompadour still, etc etc. Then of course with my characters lore mixed in as well.

Y/n grew up together bc there moms were best friends but Walden's mother died due to sickness and Walden was left with his abusive dad and has taken y/ns mom as his but one day when they hit 16 Walden had to move.. it was a heart breaking news to both y/n and Walden but they finally had to accept it.. fast forward to the future when Walden has a factory and y/n lives in a apartment and goes to her mothers every weekend, she was looking for a job but when she had gone to her moms her mother told her about the new job.. if u didnt guess the job was waldens factory!! After y/n thought about it she decided to send a email and when Walden got it he knew the name was familar but..didn't know who she was..??
