This story was inspired by my one-shot, *Marry Helaena to Me* (which is now the very first chapter of this). I wanted to keep writing about these two and explore what their married life would look like-how different living on Dragonstone would feel, what it would be like raising little Jaheara away from court and all its expectations-and somehow, that turned into this, The Tales of Eny & Helaena. This is a small, novella-style fic, told through a collection of chapters that explore how a marriage originally arranged purely for protection and companionship slowly, and unexpectedly, turns into something real as Eny and Helaena fall for each other. I hope you like it as much as I do.
