Just some rhyming poems I wrote in my Notes App during random moments. Honestly they're weird and more depressing than I thought they'd be! But maybe some of you can relate to them. *IN PROGRESS* 'Nostalgia is a sweet pain that never quite heals.' Andrea is a young man from Rome. He has always led a carefree and happy life, made up of little moments and fleeting instants that often come flooding back to him on days when he feels nostalgic. Everything changes on his twenty-first birthday, when his world turns into an abyss of shadows, guilt and a feeling he had never experienced before: hatred. Andrea finds himself trapped in a vortex of negative energy that drags him ever deeper down. In this silly, rhyming story, the frog is having a tough time with his annoying friend, the fish. The fish is always scaring away his food and is constantly bothering him. The frog has heard from others that fish aren't very smart. So, he plays a trick on him to see if that's indeed true. The joke is really on the frog though, because the trick backfires. I hope you enjoy the fifth book in the "If I were a..." series. I had such a wonderful time writing this and I hope you enjoy it too and it quickly becomes a favorite bedtime story!
