Rias' father noticed how much Rias liked her, so he offered her a high-paying job as Rias' personal maid. She accepted and became a Maid of the Gremory's until Rias' departure to the human world. She figured she'd be out of a job, but everyone thought of her as part of the family and asked if she wanted to stay and apprentice under Grayfia. She accepted and lived happily until she was requested to head to earth to aid Rias and her peerage in a fight for her marriage.

The Demogorgon has protected her for all his life and the only ones who know about it are her peerage(besides Issei since this is before he is a member) and her Brother and his Wife. I do not own Highschool DxD nor the character species Demogorgon.
