John Murphy is simply a mistake. No matter what he does, he hurts someone else, whether accidentally or on purpose. This story is a Murphamy fanfiction) almost a year later- this was written at a rather different point in my life. i suppose i'll leave it on the account because it isn't the absolute worst thing i've ever written. i don't plan on completing it, so my apologies.

For everyone who loves Murphy just as much as I do, the story isn't exactly as it was originally. The storyline is the same but there are parts that are wayyy different and you wouldn't know about them happening in the actual show. Enjoy <3

I sat down beside him again, looking at the camp around us. We were messes, trying sloppily to pick the pieces of ourselves up as we drop more. The sky was growing orange with color. Suddenly it changed into a bright pink, orange fading away, as purple began to take its place. Everyone stopped their work, moving to see the sky change. I felt his hand grab mine. I looked back at him, and down to our hands. He glanced at me, releasing his grip on my hand. I hesitated to let go, pulling my hand back slowly. It was dark now, the crowds moving into the tents or closer to the fire. "I knew you didn't hate me." He whispered. I almost didn't hear him. I turned to face him. He leaned in, moving closer to me.
