Deku is rejected by UA because he is 'quirkless' when his dad came over and everyone was shocked that the King of America was in Japan. He went to UA and was pissed and said they can't reject a kid with the most powerful quirk. Nezu told him that the kid was quirkless and the king said that his son wasn't quirkless.

So in this Izuku is the literal embodiment of overpowered on an infinite amount of steriods(I do not condone any substance abuse) -So yeah in this story has two quirks first: Manipulation It allows deku to manipulate anything known to man and not known to man like time, space, speed, power, strength, cell etc. Obsolete Just gonna call it that. So it makes any quirk dampener obsolete and any erasure obsolete. Izuku's parents will obviously still be there, they won't be TOOO irrelevant because it reminds me of Tokyo revengers like WHERE ARE YALL PARENTS?!

This is a very...very...very sad AU.(not really) BUT this AU is where izuku is OFA's son and izuku has 49 quirks due to having all for one.
