Ek Riddhima thi... jiska dil sirf ek naam jaanta tha - Armaan. Uska har sans, har dhadkan, uske naam se juda tha. Kahte hain, mohabbat kabhi marta nahi... bas roop badal leta hai. Aur us din, jab Riddhima ne apni aakhri saans li... kuch badla tha iss sansaar mein. Aasman mein bijli chamki, mandir ke ghante apne aap baj uthe. Naag-lok ke pattharon ke neeche kuch hila - kuch jeevit hua. Riddhima ka sharir jal gaya, lekin uski rooh teen tukdon mein bat gayi. Ek tukda - Jennifer, jisme uska noor aur pavitrata basi. Dusra - Shilpa, jisme uski taqat aur roop chhupa tha. Aur teesra - Sukirti, jisme uska man, uska dil ka dard, uski daya thi. Teen chehre, ek rooh. Lekin koi bhi apna sach nahi jaanta tha. Unhe sirf itna yaad tha... ek sapna, ek naam - Armaan. --- Saalon baad, ek naye yug mein, ek nayi duniya mein... Mumbai ke bheed bhare raaston mein, ek ladki chalti hai - Jennifer. Golden dupatta uske sar pe, aankhon mein ajeeb si shanti. Use khud nahi pata, kyun mandir ke paas jaate hi uska dil tez dhadakta hai. Kyun har baar, ek saaya uske sapno mein aata hai... ek aadmi, jiska chehra kabhi dikhai nahi deta. > "Tum wapas aaogi..." Us awaaz ka ehsaas uske kanon mein gunjta hai. Raat ke sannate mein, ek mandir ke peeche zameen phat jaati hai. Ek naagmani chamakti hai - jaise kisi ka intezaar kar rahi ho. Aur hawaa ke saath ek fufkar... > "Waqt aa gaya hai, Riddhima..."
