Two inklings decide to hang out for the night, what sort of activities will they get in? Will one of them develop feelings? What will go down if so? - Hello! I'm the author of this story! This is one of my first stories I have published to the public, so I'm a bit nervous! If it's a bit scuffed, my apologies. I'm not a professional writer, but writing takes my mind off of things happening in my life, so don't mind my writing. :^) Alrighty, enough with my rambling, enjoy!

goggles doesn't care anymore. he just wants to be dead so that nobody can hurt him anymore. so that he doesn't have to live with his deadbeat mother, who keeps doing drugs, and getting new boyfriends who don't even know his name. so he can reunite with his father in whatever afterlife exists or just be dead. rider is tired of this. he's tired of being the golden child who has to be perfect at everything and anything. he's tired of being worthless if he's not perfect. he's tired of being the grumpy kid at the back of the class who never gets noticed. he just wants somebody, something that means something. what happens when rider starts noticing something off about goggles, and goggles starts noticing rider?

As a little kid goggle dreamed of becoming an inventor and out beat the lightbulb the greatest invention in the world of inkling and octoling. There are a few problems that he faces in his life so the forget about them he heads to the bar and meets an unknown person in a robe hood. they chat for a bit and get along..well sort of..but google hit it off with him and falls in love with him, but guards come in and it reveals to the prince?! (Cororika is not mine I do own anyway character so naur S.U.E pls thank you)

Rider being annoyed and mad about everything, he gets called out. Goggles wants to make him happy and others know. The others want him to change, Goggles is the only one to make it happen. As time passed by Rider gets Goggles on his mind and it's to the point he starts to act little weird. Also to the point where his mind is haunted by Goggles. Aloha and Rider get into a fight on what? Heads up lots of cursing. •NOT MY ART!!•

Edit: Lord, this is old. Please exuse any mistakes 😭 Rider has had feelings for Goggles for awhile now but he can't come to admit it. He tends to either lash out or have a heart attack whenever he is around him. Him and his friends end up having a plan to get them together in the end, but there's a lot going on with Goggles and team blue. Rider is kicked to the curb in it all while Goggles plans on leaving his teammates for good. Characters and art don't belong to me! Splatoon belongs to Nintendo of course.

Hi!!!! I'm not sure how many people remember, but I created a fanfiction a long time ago with... A LOT of smut. At the time, I was 16 and just obsessed over the ship. About the story: Goggles and Rider have grown into young men, they're both 19 years of age, Rider being slightly older by a few months. Goggles and Rider had been 'friends' since first grade... Or that's what he would have liked to think. Goggles had always acted nice to Rider, the only one in the school he wasn't able to make smile, but he was determined to do so. When he saw Rider years later, ranked S+ and highly regarded, he didn't remember him, from school all those years ago, but from consistent nightmares he had been having for over a month now. He had seen Rider dead, how can he act 'normal' around him? Can he confide into Rider about his dreams? What if he thought he was a freak who wanted him dead?! That couldn't be farther from the truth that Goggles has hidden in the depths of his mind. Rider remembered that blue squid from grade school. Goggles. The one who never stopped smiling, the one who never left him alone. The one who was always bothering him with small things. The one who, for some reason, had a habit of showing up to class wearing nothing even though he is constantly reminded. Of course Rider remembers him. Seeing him years later with a pathetic, stupid team is just as he expected of the blue idiot. But then why, for some reason, was he able to beat Rider at turf war? Was it because Goggles was better friends with his team? Did he need to know his team better to co-operate with them? Goggles is the only one who can make Rider smile out of genuine joy. Of course, Rider couldn't let anyone know that. It would destroy his reputation if anyone knew he liked the adorable blue idiot. Cover Art is not mine.

Rider and goggles both seem to have feelings for each other, yet can't find the right time to do what needs to be done and with the thought of polar opposites loving each other seems impossible. I don't own the art. Hope you enjoy ;)
