Si Mari Kwon, isang matapang, astig, at palabang babae na nagmula sa pamilya na hindi man perpekto ay ibinibigay sakanya ang luho. Wala siyang inuurungang laban, pero nang dumating si Vino Castielle Daws sa buhay niya, parang nagbago ang lahat. Ipinakita ni Vino na hindi nya kailangang maging ganong klase ng babae dahil kaya nya itong protektahan. Habang palapit na ng palapit sa isa't isa ay doon naman mas tumitindi ang mga pinagdaanan nila. Kaya nga bang protektahan ni Vino si Mari sa kahit na anong pagsubok? Magbabago ba ng tuluyan ang bidang babae para sa kanyang minamahal? Hanggang saan nilang kayang hamakin ang lahat para maisalba ang relasyon nila?
