It is a new school year at the University of Wedon. Maximillian Croix is a freshman who immediately falls under the radar of several upperclassmen, including Riftan, Ruth, and Agnes. Despite being a shy and stuttering invalid, everyone seems to think she's the key to love, influence, and travelling to exotic places. Cheers to hoping she makes it to her sophomore year.

Maximilian Calypse was kidnapped several months ago. Riftan, Ruth, and the Remdragon Knights eventually discover where she was taken but when they arrive to rescue her the woman they find is not Maxi, not exactly. What happened to her? Why is she acting like she does not know them? She may be alive but are they too late to save her? *Warning: foul language, some violence (memories of the Duke punishing Maxi as a child) some book 1 and 2 spoilers.
