What if...Maxi stayed at the church in Livadon as her husband had asked instead of sneaking away? She discovers a love of singing and to her delight she found that when she sings, she no longer stutters. One morning, Maxi unknowingly uses her newfound musical talents to welcome the Remdragon Knights home from war. The characters belong to Suji Kim. The hymn belongs to William Kirkpatrick. The pictures is by browndowntown.

Maxi arrives like Gandalf at Helms Deep to provide the Remdragon Knights with much needed aid in battle. It is a new school year at the University of Wedon. Maximillian Croix is a freshman who immediately falls under the radar of several upperclassmen, including Riftan, Ruth, and Agnes. Despite being a shy and stuttering invalid, everyone seems to think she's the key to love, influence, and travelling to exotic places. Cheers to hoping she makes it to her sophomore year.
