Hi there, You must be wondering who I am or why I'm starting of like this! Right? Well I am Zara Khalil, the youngest of three siblings and probably labelled as being spoilt by some. Though what can I say, my life took a u - turn 5 years ago. And after that I don't think I was the same Zara anymore. Now this is my story to tell the world.

For thousands of years, we have been living in a society where women have been killed for honour, they have been raped, they have been burned with acid and they have been imprisoned. ____ This book is a collection of articles on woman imprisonment, where I am trying to raise a question. Are we really trying to change the society and giving women their right to love freely, breath freely, and dream freely, as we claim? Are we actually trying to make a society where our mothers, our sisters, our wives and our daughters can live free and independent?
