This is an Alternate AU where the Saja Boys and Huntrix Girls worked together to defeat Gwi-ma. Ever since that day, Zoey/Mystery, Rumi/Jinu and Abby/Romance/Mira got together. After the fall of Gwi-ma, peace is shattered when new demons rise, each wielding strange powers. One demon sends the Saja Boys spiraling into the past, forcing them to silently witness the untold struggles of the Huntrix girls. Unable to intervene or reveal themselves, the boys watch Zoey, Mira, and Rumi live through heartbreak, family wounds, and battles with themselves. What they see shatters their image of their favorite hunters-and makes them realize that even heroes bleed. Through these reflections, bonds are tested, ships deepen, and the boys must learn empathy and strength in ways they never imagined-before finding a way back to the present. ...Maybe demons are not the only one that feel shame and pain?... ❄️ Story in Progress!

*Trigger Warnings: Depression, self-harm scars, anxiety, mentioned abuse, mentioned neglect, mentioned emotional manipulation, trauma, angst.* Rumi couldn't let them see. Don't let your faults or fears ever be seen. Ever. The scars were faults. She couldn't let them know. They'd be horrified. They'd be scared. She knew they'd been hurt, she couldn't let them be scared of her, ever. Mira knew she wasn't perfect, but their group was. All she had to do to stay happy was keep it together. Bite her tongue, don't get into a fight, don't drive them away. Think before you speak. Put them before herself. She'd be the perfect friend, then they wouldn't leave her. She could have a family. Zoey loved their group. She knew it had problems, but that didn't change the fact that she loved it. And she could fix it. As long as she didn't nag, was as helpful as possible, and settled any arguments to make herself indispensable, she could fix it. She could be useful. Zoey was neglected, Mira was abused, and Rumi was ignored. This is a story of trauma, angst, found family, acceptance, and finding yourself. Read at your own risk.
