This is part 2 of my fanfic series, so If you haven't read the prequel of this story "Botw Reimagined: The Past", I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. Any feedback is appreciated, as well. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.

Now, 100 years later, a harbinger of the death that once came still roams free. An agent of the Calamity, frozen in youth, forever roaming at the will of the Calamity that brought him in. You, the Calamity's own warrior, nearly forgotten by legend. Drifting from town to town, stable to stable, alone with your thoughts, all until the same swordsman of days past somehow rises again, leading you to your greatest journey, both across the great lands of Hyrule, and through the depths of your mind, in painful reflection. Either way, your goal was clear: You needed to kill Link. (Character ages will be adjusted as necessary for story consistency and moral purposes. When you were but a young child, you traveled to Rito Village with your mother and while you were there for a small break, you meet a small, dark (navy-ish) blue rito who gladly agreed to be a friend of yours! he taught you so much in such little time since your little trip to the village shortened to just two more days... Although, when you visit a few years later, he didn't seem seem to recognise you at first. [I don't own any of the characters in this. They belong to Nintendo.]

Princess Zelda and Link have freed the Kingdom of Hyrule from Calamity Ganon's grasp, but their troubles are only just beginning. Link is still trying to figure out who he was. Zelda is trying to figure out who she is going to become. And the Yiga are doing everything in their power to bring back their God. Even if it means splitting in two. Post-Calamity Ganon. Link manages to return Zelda back to normal and saves her from her fall. But a piece of Ganondorf's power managed to stab Link on his way down. This could be the end of Link... Her mother wants her to focus on her destiny but Winston doesn't believe in the legend of their land centuries ago. that is until they have a new student arrive. the others took it as a big deal seeing as it was the only male Twili in their realm but Winston just laughed it off until one day the twili disappeared, leaving her in confusion and wondering why all of a sudden tons of Phenomenons started happening. So, she decided to invest in all of those crossing paths with a Wind Sorcerer Together, she finds that she is meant to be the chosen hero and falls in love with Vaati. together, making a great team and defeating Zant for good. a little note. the chapters have small titles to parts within them, so it's not just a ton of chapters it's kind of like a chapter within a chapter.
