They become best friends and a freak accident happened and the islands fell to darkness. Join Sora, Akira, and Mai as they journey to find Riku and Kairi, and meet new friends along the way and unlock secrets of their past with their Pokémon as well. Months after Sora's 'disappearance,' (End of KH3) Riku begins having dreams about a girl trapped in the Realm of Darkness. He asks his friends what it is he should do about it before doing research to find out if she's real or not. When Mickey and Aqua both begin receiving telepathic callings from the girl along with memories of her life, Mickey and Riku decide it's time to dive into the Realm of Darkness in search of her. Once in the Realm of Darkness, Riku makes a better connection and is able to learn that she's been drowning in darkness for many years after the sudden loss to all her friends and family being turned into Heartless and her world being engulfed in darkness. Unable to escape, she managed to make first contact with Riku before he first escaped the Realm of Darkness, pleading with him, to one day return for her when he was strong enough to face away the darkness that she couldn't. Since he's a Keyblade Master, he hopes he is strong enough to be able to find her and return her to the realm of light. The only thing he didn't count on, was falling in love with the girl she used to before falling to darkness, the girl she could one day become again.

Riku X OC During the Mark of Mastery exam, Riku dreams of a girl he can't seem to remember. Who is she and why does she seem to know him? Time is of the essence. Every minute wasted by the light is another gained by the darkness. Jax has lived on the islands as a foster brother to Sora, living with him. He was afraid to talk to anyone because of his origins- being the grandson of a cruel man and the fact he was from another world. He met Sora and Riku after he was abandoned at Destiny Islands at the age of three. The three become friends and soon Kairi came. He was real good friends with her too, to the point where she was an adoptive sister. However, as he gets older, he finds he has a crush on someone of the same sex. He wants to tell him but is afraid he'll be judged so he keeps quiet. But how long will it last?

Riku X OC A mysterious girl shows up in the beginning of Riku's journey through Castle Oblivion. Why did she end up there? What purpose does she have? Why was she forgotten? Piri has her heart split in two and lost most of her powers have disappeared, thanks to Xehanort. On the bright side, she is no longer afraid of the future. What does the future have in store for her and Sora as she goes with him to gain her lost power, just as he has?

Readers Note:This is a Kingdom Hearts Fanfiction with Riku that will follow abit of the Dream Drop Distance Arc with a splash of my own creativity She was the Keyblade Master whom disappeared from the memories of all who knew her. Paving the way for future keyblade to follow her footsteps. And yet with the many worlds now awakening from their slumber. A new path is paved. One with the opportunity for salvation for not just the world she slept in. But for many whom lay trapped within their own nightmares.

There is only one thing standing between Sora's slumber and awakening; Roxas. Sakura leads him to his tragic end and is reunited with Sora as payment. However, this isn't a time to celebrate-Organization XIII is on the rise and they are getting closer and closer in achieving their goal of obtaining Kingdom Hearts for themselves, which Sora and Sakura must stop together. As the two head out on another journey while along the way, Sora looks for clues to the whereabouts of Riku and Kairi, which Sakura knows the answers to, but knows that she cannot tell as she made made promise to her dearly beloved not to until the time is right.

Riku had once detested normalcy. Now he knew better, and craved it more than anything else. But with the arrival of a letter from king Mickey and a mysterious girl, what he desperately sought after was slipping out of his grasp. Who was this girl? How did she tie up with the King's letter? And by all that was holy, how did HE tie up with her and the discovery of a new world?

Piri keeps on having these strange visions and dreams. Could they be her own memories or the future? She wasn't for certain. She remembers some things about her past but it's all jumbled to where she can't make it out clearly. She tries to recall them and only get herself confused. Once darkness hits Destiny Islands, she and her best friend, Sora, get separated from her crush, Riku, and other best friend, Kairi. Will they find them? And will she get her memories straightened? On a remote island there lies four best friends longing for adventure outside their cramped lay island; Sora, Riku, Kairi, and Sakura. All get their wishes granted, but not in the way they imagined-Sora and Sakura are cast away into another world, Riku becomes puppet to the darkness and Kairi goes missing. Sora and Sakura go out on a journey together, equipped with a Keyblade for themselves and with the help of the magician Donald and Captain Goofy to find their missing friends where Sakura discovers her true identity of who she actually is.
