The story starts with a individual rampaging over the Cardinal World, destroy everything in his path. Why? Because The Undying Rage, Hatred, Guilt and Sorrow doesn't let him to keep his sanity. After 10 days and 9 nights of World breaking fighting. The rampage was stopped but at the cost of everything present in that very world. Only two individual survived, one of holding the dying body of a boy while the softly caressing the girls hair before dying Was this the end of everything or Will there be another chance to fix everything? In this story izuku has a twin sister named Izumi but this isn't an izuku yagi story, they are both midoriya's and there is even an obsessed with inko all might, one day during the slime villain incident izuku is stabbed while saving his sister and is reincarnated as Rimuru After that everything in Tensura happens like canon

rimuru, the main character in that time I got reincarnated as a slime, rimuru is stuck and he has to decide if he wants a harem or a war for his love read the story to find out what he does, I do wish you check out the anime.
