Mastuoka Rin, Nanase Haruka's best friend had just come home from Australia. Haru was looking forward to spending some time with his friend after a very long time. But the once cheerful and joyful Matsuoka was now as cold as ice. He plans to leave once more after seeing haru. Haru refuses. Rin makes haru choose. If he gives his body to rin, rin will stay. But it turns out, rin wants more than haru's body. He wants his love.

If you like the animes Free and Given, and edge of your seat tales of boy love, then this story is for you. After swimming practice slows down, Rin begins to learn guitar. He asks Haru to learn bass, and together they create a "stroke" more powerful than freestyle. This is my original digital art! Inspired by the song "Bund" by Old Codex. I do not own these characters. This is a fanfic of characters from the animes "Free!" and "Given".

For a while, we just sway with the water, our backs afloat with our faces dry in the sun. The moment is so serene that I could forget about the water for a few seconds. All that is here is Rin, with his purple hair flowing around his sleeping face in a wreath of wet strands. As I ponder whether it's real or from a box, he rolls his eyes open slowly. "Haruka."

Tachibana Makoto finally had the guts to confess to his childhood friend Haruka Nanase, but everything didn't turn out well. This is a very short story, but I really liked it and I wanted to post, so here I am! It's a little oc from the original Free universe, but I wanted to write something cute to recover from the angst I have been reading. The ship in this story is Rin x Haru from Free!!, please don't hate. If you don't like this ship, don't read. Maybe, in the future, I will eventually upload more one-shots, so stay tuned!
