When the Agatha All Along finale came out I hit another level of unhinged and couldn't stop thinking about Agatha and Rio's backstory that we didn't get, so I decided to write it myself, and here we are. In my version of their story they meet over corpses and both, for the first time in their lives, feel a profound connection to each other. They start going on midnight dates, they eventually live together, get married and fall apart. Hope you enjoy it<3

This story follows the events of Agatha all along from Rio's perspective.

After Rio kisses her, Agatha doesn't die and isn't separated from her, quite the opposite happens. Sorry if my English isn't perfect, I'll do my best!

On the night of her trial, she meets a figure across the bodies, and god it becomes harder to not lean into the other way she is "evil" But what if she did? (Aka an Agatha and Rio backstory fic with my personal headcanon of Agatha struggling with internalized homophobia and trauma that Rio helps her through)

This is how I imagine Agatha and Rio's backstory. Agatha's mother is teaching her magic, but Agatha keeps failing. In the forest behind her house, she meets Rio. (I'm also a Swiftie, so you might notice some Taylor Swift references ;).)
