A road construction site in Poland uncovers decapitated skeletons with their skulls placed between their knees or hands-an ancient method used to keep supposed vampires from rising. As archaeologists investigate, the graves begin to shift, stones crack, and the soil exhales cold mist, until the bodies vanish entirely, leaving only dragging footprints leading away from the open earth.

The war had brought terrible unforgivable things; pain, strife and the death of the only person I really cared about. This story won 3rd in the NSW Writing Competition 2013, the story had to be based on the picture on the front cover.

The rumors that swept across the small village of Evermill leaves them only praying for a miracle. Herana will soon come face to face with mindless monsters who eat flesh and there's no escape.

Follow small time thief Layla Lancaster, in her intergalactic journey when she comes across a orange gem that is far more then it seems. This story is connected to the rest of the Risen Universe that I have been building. And while this is not a direct sequel to any other book in the timeline it takes place after Scattered, Spies Book III, and Pheonix Force. Some characters pop up as cameos from those books and if you haven't read them I highly recommend you do so. I've also nicknamed this "The Ex and Cyblow Book" and that's because they are main characters in this story, so just, yeah, best if you at least have read the Risen Trilogy before this book.

Here in this writing is a 20 year old girl named Cable, who is met by his younger brother, Hector, from the future. Hector is from the future, who is 18, who saw Cable as his mother due to losing their mother after giving birth to Hector, and their father went missing, and never found. Cable was extremely depressed throughout this time, who killed herself when Hector was 10. This was when the Risen began to attack. Hector vowed to end all of them with O'raiding to help him. Now he went to the past to stop this war with the Risen The Six Risen, then a leader. With allies gained on the way, and other challenges too.. NOTE: Some terms such as "Myrmidion" are used in this writing, which are used in Nintendo's Fire Emblem series, so stating that I DO NOT OWN NINTENDO!! Unable to truly die because of the island's magic, this story follows the risen life of Anne and Warren and the citizens of Laerp as they try to make the best of living forever. Experienced with people arriving on their island, Anne and Warren are able to handle newcomers in a professional fashion, supporting them while slowly introducing them to the strange features of Laerp. But when a whole family arrives, they find themselves unable to gain the family's trust as easily as gained with the others.
