STAR WARS: A Voice of Hope The universe is still reeling from the destruction of the New Republic and the Rise of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren. With Luke Skywalker gone, Kylo has become obsessed with finding the scavenger, Rey. He has dispatched his dreaded Knights of Ren to the ends of the galaxy in search of her. Meanwhile, with the Resistance decimated after the battle on Crait. General Leia Organa has sent Finn, Poe Dameron, and Rose Tico on a recruiting mission to Corellia. Her hope, that her brother's brave sacrifice on Crait was enough to re-ignite the spark of rebellion in the galaxy.

During the force duel between Rey and Emperor Palpatine, Kylo Ren intervenes in the fight as a matter of saving the emperor's descendant. The Sith turned Jedi succeeds in doing so, but how does it all unfold? - Just a side note, this is how I feel that the Rise of Skywalker should have ended (except for the smut). I believe that the decision to kill off Kylo Ren was a shitty move because Kylo Ren was barely injured compared to the amount Rey had suffered. She was hit multiple times with force lightning, while Ren was thrown off a cliff, suffering at most a spine fracture, seeing that he was able to climb back to Rey. With this in mind, it would seem evident that Ben Solo would have enough life force to resurrect Rey after her death without running out of life force himself.

This novel is both an alternative sequel and a new continuation, even a new adventure, of the Skywalker Saga as it concludes in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. This fanfic takes place during an alternative version of the Rise of Skywalker. I really liked Rise of Skywalker. Except for the fact that they needlessly killed Ben. (I understand the parallel between Darth Vader and other significance about Ben's death- but seriously? Can't they just let us be happy?!?! #Reylo) So here is one of the last scenes of Rise of Skywalker- if Ben had lived.

Around a year after the events of Last Jedi, the war against the First Order is coming to an end. And while the heroes of the Resistance-Rey and her friends-are off saving the Galaxy, another team of rebels is tasked with making sure nothing gets in the way of their mission by boarding the First Order flagship The Steadfast and slowing them down by any means possible. But every plan has its flaws, and when things go wrong and secrets are revealed, it's clear that nothing will ever be the same again. This story follows the events of The Rise of Skywalker (and the Star Wars series in general) so spoilers ahead! (I do not own Star Wars or any of their characters. I only own my OCs.)

Robyn Solo id the next Jedi of her time, but feels she's not strong enough unlike her parents. But her friends, Luke Dameron is ready to be the next big pilot like his pops, and Nebula Tico, who's ready to help lead the rebellion with the next Jedi, like her mom. However, Chip is not looking forward to his future as Emmy Dameron is getting more and more eager to take to the stars. Soon all their concerns and hopes would take a step back once The First Order revives itself. The kids realize there's no time to ponder over for the future anymore, for all their lives are at stake in this point of time.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.... It is a period of great uncertainty. Palpatine has been defeated once again, but the final battle has brought the whole galaxy to heel. The time to let old things die has past, and the galaxy desperately seeks a new order. Since reuniting with the remaining members of the resistance, Rey Skywalker has sought refuge at the former rebel base. The peace she finds is short lived however, disrupted by tremors in the force at the furthest reaches of the galaxy. Believing that this is evidence that other Jedi have survived, Rey races towards the source of the tremor on her starship, carrying with her the faintest of hope that the crumbling galaxy might have a future after all...
