During Mystic Mayhem, the turtles and April, they met Mayhem and Y/n, Y/n ended up in the construction yard with her mind completely blank, only her name remained. The turtles decided to let her stay with them, Splinter agreed. Years later, Y/n somehow ended up in a different city and saw people that knew her, but her mind was nothing but fog.
