As the party was in full swing, a sudden ripple of energy disrupted the festivities. A portal materialized in the center of the grand hall, its presence commanding the attention of everyone present. From it emerged a group of small children, some no older than two years old, yet their auras radiated an undeniable power that demanded reverence. The children's appearances were as striking as their presence. Their hair shimmered in an array of vibrant colors-red, yellow, black, white, blue, and many mroe, each unique and mesmerizing, as if they carried the essence of the elements themselves.

Later, after his defeat by the hands of Issei, Riser fell into a slump following his defeat, not moving out of his house after the loss. It is also explained that Riser developed a fear of Dragons as a result of losing to Issei and he became traumatized, upon seeing Issei and Dragons he would quake in fear a blessing in disguise. In riser's fall a change will rise a new riser will emerge a better person that will bring phenex to the top
