From all the stories I've read, the Nerd is the weak who becomes strong. Ever thought a popular wasn't all evil?? Lyssia is the QueenBee of her high school and was... surprisingly cyberbullied. Victims of rape, of being beaten or surviving something so horrible it still haunts u. I wish to tell ur stories. I wish too spread awareness & show others like u, that even at ur lowest point, that even after everything u went through its still possible to rise about it & show that "I won't let this define me, I won't let this stop me from living & living my life. That what I've been through won't stop me." So if any of u who have been through something beyond horrendous please talk to me, please let me tell ur story. Because it hurts not being able to help u, to help u see that its ok, & that u can rise about & get past what u have been through. I care about u & I want to tell ur stories. Side Note: I don't know if anyone will open up to me, but just know u can trust me & that I will never judge u, or betray u. And if anyone sees this & does wish to allow me to tell ur story. Thank u. And in case this doesn't work out, I'm just glad I did this. I've been wanting to tell & write other's stories.

This is an ode to the woman within me that has fought many battles and shows no scars outwardly, but bleeds internally. The woman who feels as though she can't get up from being told to stay down . To the feeling of not wanting to be around. I've been there, a vision of invisibility a loud voice of unspoken whispers no-one seem to hear. This for the woman within me that is waiting yet oh so ready to be FREE. This is for my mother, sister, cousin, aunty, grandma, friends, the next door neighbor or the unknown victim sitting right beside me. MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS FOR THE LITTLE GIRL INSIDE ALL OF US WAITING TO BE RESCUED. STOP SIS NO MORE WAITING FOR THE WHITE HORSE AND KNIGHT AND SHINING ARMOR (because even ARMOR turns rusty and old) BE YOUR KNIGHT AND SHINE TRY A MILLION AND 1 TIMES AND WHEN YOU'VE REACHED YOUR END HIT REPEAT. TRY TIL YOU CAN STAND UP AND TELL YOUR STORY WITHOUT FEAR. UNTIL YOU CAN LOOK YOUR BIGGEST CRITIC IN THE EYE AND SAY,THIS IS ME AND DAMNIT I DESERVE TO BE FREE.

This is a collection of my pain over the past 6 or so years. Writing has always been my outlet. While many of us suffer from mental illness everyone of us copes in different ways. From music that moves my soul to the guidance and kindness of those who care, each moment shapes my strength. I've experienced loss, judgment, and physical and emotional exhaustion, yet I continue to rise. This poem captures the courage it takes to stand when the world doubts, to love when trust is broken, and to persist when every step is heavy. It is a tribute to inner power, self-respect, and the quiet victories that make us human. May it inspire others to keep going, keep rising, and never forget their worth.

This is a poem I wrote inspired by Amanda Gorman's poem "The Miracle of Morning".

Why do I have such less true friends? Why am I not immune to how other people treat me? Why do I feel like my rejections define me? And above all, why do I not understand the concept of BE YOURSELF. RISING ABOVE THESE CONFLICTED EMOTIONS has given me the PEACE I always craved for and kept finding it everywhere. Little did I know that it was right there the entire time. Only I needed that bit of enlightment to unfog my vision. This book is a Memoir of how I dealt my way out of these feelings of inadequacy and unhappiness.

In a world where silence carries secrets and shadows whisper untold stories, the chosen ones walk among us. They carry burdens unseen, dreams unspoken, and gifts that the ordinary cannot fathom. Life has tested them, pushed them to the edge, and yet they rise with a fire that refuses to dim. Every tear, every sleepless night, every moment of doubt has been a part of a divine preparation.
