I use them in many of these dishes. They are world class choice edible mushrooms, and chefs scout across the world to find these mushrooms. They are good in European cuisines, specifically Italian and French cuisines.

This correlates to the "Everyone Lives / No One Dies" AU and, again, is based on an AO3 story of the same concept. This story's inspiration comes from "La Squadra Alive Headcanons" by user blcksingularity. So, please enjoy.
