Stiles is from Greendale (I think it is where Riverdale is set)and he moved to Beacon Hills when he was 9 years old. He met Scott when he was 10. His mum is a werefox and his dad is a werewolf and he was taught how to hide his scent.

A few days before he was raped by Derek and got pregnant with twins. Stiles, Scott, Isaac, Liam, Jackson, Peter and Theo move to Greendale.
