It's been two months since Markus led his people through a peaceful revolution, and unfortunately, not much has changed since. The fight continues, with new enemies and new allies. Now comes the time where all androids must learn how to adapt to this new situation. Tucked away in their own tiny section of Detroit and facing death should they try to leave, tensions are rising. With the threat of CyberLife still looming overhead, Markus, along with Connor, Hank, and the Jericho crew, must learn how to lead his people into this new tomorrow. Set after the events of the game, this story follows Markus, Connor, Hank, and my O.C. Jess, in a mixed P.O.V. adventure.

Markus, RK200, had just escaped the abusive relationship that Mark Manfred had given him and Leo Manfred. Leo was 8 at this time, and scared out of his mind. His father was probably going to seek out looking for the two, and Markus had to find out how to care for Leo alone. He didn't have anyone to help him, yet. Soon, they'll venture into the world of Zlatko's home, and face the fears of being reset. DETROIT fans will know what's going to go on here, in the terms of my Swap AU, since we have Markus' love interest as the Kara's love interest here. But, here's a bit of backstory for the two mains of this part of the story. -The RK200 slowly walked down the stairs, walking in front of Mark's coffee table, blocking the TV the smallest bit.- "Get out of the way, bitch." -Mark growled a bit.- "Mark, I would like it report I've finished cleaning the house." -Markus nodded, stepping to the side.- "Get me a cold beer, then go check on the brat." -Mark said, raising his voice.- "Of course, sir." -Markus walked away, opening the fridge, grabbing a beer can, closing the fridge, walking over to Mark, and handing him the beer.- "I'll go see Leo now." -Markus said, then walling up the stairs into Leo's room. Leo put down the fox plushie he had, looking up at Markus.- "Hello Leo." -Markus smiled, kneeling down, to look at the small child.- "I'm sure we were friends before I was reset, hopefully we can be friends again?" -Leo just looked back at his toy. He hasn't said a word the entire time Markus has been home.- "That's a cute toy, what's it's name?" -Markus asked, looking at the toy.- -Leo looked back up at Markus.- "Who's your mother? When will she be home?" -Markus asked, smile still on his face.- -Leo grabbed his toy, starting to run out of the room, then stopping at the door, looking at Markus. He ran over to Markus, handing him a key, then running out of the room.- -Markus looked at the key, then walking up to the box it belonged to.- Finish in book!
