After Markus finishes his speech at Woodward Church, Connor notices Kara sitting on one of the pews.

Set after Detroit: Become Human (Markus's revolution was peaceful and successful. Connor, having turned deviant, is still working for the DCPD and as Hank's partner, no longer under the influence of Cyberlife's protocols) The tension between aggressive androids and malicious humans would inevitability clash, and the results would be in destructive every time. Whenever an android was involved in a serious case, Hank and Connor were assigned to it. However, something ancient yet new is stirring in Detroit. Both partners are about to have their perspectives on reality altered yet again. As for Connor, he was going to experience a new spectrum of emotions. A new spectrum that would make him understand even more of what it means to be human.

{One-Shot/Fluff} The revolution has ended over 6 months ago, and your duty as an officer has quickly spiked. Over the past five months you've been working with various detectives; Hank Anderson, Connor, Gavin Reed, and Nines. Little did you know that the RK900 would be knocking on your door one evening, accusing you of being with Connor. Note: I just learned the RK900's real name today. It was revealed by the director, David Cage, and the writer, Adam Williams. On May 25th, 2020, they clarified that the RK900's official name is Connor, BUT, I decided to use Nines for him this time instead of Conan. Detroit six months post-revolution is starting to get back to normal. Except for the major rise in anti-android violence taking place across the city. After being locked out of the country for those six months, Andrea Cartier is back in her position as Lieutenant to hopefully make a dent in the anti-android case. But something about her tells Connor there's more to her than what meets the eye. Perhaps he just has a crush on her like Hank keeps telling him. But he's convinced it's something else. After all, is he really convinced there isn't another highly intelligent race that walks among the Earth and looks human?

Connor was sat at his desk, opposite hank. He felt numb. What was going on with him? He shouldn't be feeling like this. He shouldn't be feeling at all. He noticed Hank staring at him. "...so are we gonna talk about whatever that was back there?" The police station was almost empty, just a few nighttime officers at their desks, but Hank still kept his voice hushed. Connor had to keep his facade up, and had to pretend things were fine. They were fine. . . . . . ◟੭ TLDR : connor is a deviant and he'll do whatever he needs to in order to survive, including lying to hank. (hank knows hes a deviant - connor hasn't mastered how to deceive people yet)

Chloe seems down and Connor accidentally discovers a way to make her laugh.

"I'm sorry," Connor says simply, taking a step back. Maybe a hug wasn't the best idea. Connor is an android, after all, recently turned deviant, so obviously he doesn't know how to give hugs. He's doing it wrong. Hank shakes his head, exhaling. "No," he says. "It's not your fault," he says, then cusses under his breath. "It's just-" There's sadness in his voice, Connor notices.

(A Detroit: Become Human fanfiction. Spoilers ahead.) Chloe couldn't admit it, but having her "life" put in the hands of a stranger terrified her. Connor wouldn't admit it, but being used for a "test" - more like entertainment - like this infuriated him. AU in which Chloe doesn't stay.
