Planet Zero was infested by dangerous criminals from the Metro City-One's Underworld. The only thing that was fighting between Law and Justice was a group of enforcers called 'Heroes'. The Heroes is a mixed element of conduits and humans with great skills and abilities. Together, they fought the 'Villains' of the Underworld and to defend the Metro City from impending doom.
