Monte Carlo glitters like a promise, but beneath the chrome and champagne lies a city ruled by appetite and power. Jamie only meant to skim the surface, to slip through the cracks unnoticed, until a reckless heist shattered the illusion of safety. Junkrat vanished in the fallout, and in his place rose Fawkes Octane - a neon‑bright persona built from sweat, silk, and survival. Now Jamie is trapped in Maximilian's world of clubs, chemicals, and curated fame, every spotlight a reminder of the chains he can't see but always feels. The only constant is Mako, his silent, immovable bodyguard, whose loyalty runs deeper than duty and whose presence is the one thing keeping Jamie from being swallowed whole. Together, they're searching for a way out before Monte Carlo decides it owns them forever. Art was made by me on ibis paint.

When all seems to be lost, what can then be accomplished? When you are put in woeful situations of abandonment and neglect, who will be there to assist you? Mako and Jamison, two unwavering, outlandish men, determined to undermine the tyrannical regime of the current Junker-Town leader. These two were seemingly up to the task, though, not of their own free will. No, they felt absolutely obligated to help take back the home that was unjustly taken from them. After all, when all they have now is each other, what more do they have left to lose? (I do not have any idea how many parts I am going to make, nor do I know if I will ever even finish it, I will try and update regularly though 😗)

Jamison and mako aka junkrat and roadhog have been partners ever since the omnic crisis. Everything changed when they join the overwatch team. Before they joined it was all survival of the fittest but now since their in a better setting junkrat reveals that he has feelings for roadhog and the rest of it you'll have to read to find out.

Based on the song of the same name.
