Charlie and the Chocolate Factory involves a poor but kind boy, Charlie Bucket, who wins one of seven golden tickets to tour Willy Wonka's magical chocolate factory with six other children. During the tour, the other children, who are all spoiled and greedy, meet unfortunate ends due to their bad behavior, leaving Charlie as the sole survivor. I originally wrote this for my Advanced English 12 class, but now I want to delete it off my computer. It's a short passage based off Rohld Dahl's short story "Skin". It's meant to play, at least a bit to each of the senses of the character in central Paris, pre-ww1. The story is a prequel of sorts, the reader gets to look in on the moment Dahl's protagonist Drioli meets the love of his life, Josie.

A lawyer kills his boss and frames his brother's boss for the murder in order to inherit the company and all their goods.

Man, life in the factory was kind of boring every since Charlie moved in. Yeah, the Oompa Loompas are fun and the wonders of the factory still remain. But there weren't any other kids Charlie's age to hang around with. One day, Charlie asks Wonka if he could go to a public school instead of just being homeschooled by the Oompa Loompas (who pretty much only taught Chocolate 101) And was enrolled in a new but strange school. He sees some familiar faces. And new ones too.

"Two Worlds around Us" is a story about Jack, a regular school student in his mid teens doing the oh-so-wonderful Mock Exams. After a long day of doing none other than the daily grind, he decides to relax, or so he thinks. He tries to take a break from the world, but unfortunately fate is not on his side when he accidentally falls into a second world. A second world that he recognises from somewhere, but he just doesn't know where exactly that is. This story is based off of a film. I won't say which one (Unless copyright laws make me) because it will spoil the book.
