Iris has been in hell (the orphanage) since she was only 3 months old, knowing only her name, date of birth and the fact that she had a brother somewhere. She's survived just on the cracked iPod Touch she found on the ground, and YouTube. Specifically Matthew Santoro and his girlfriend and best friend, Nicole Arbour and Rob Dyke. Then one day everything changes for Iris.
