I was a girl with confidence, beauty and a brain to match. I was a girl who was said to have everything, a nice home, nice clothes, and a wonderful, loving family. I was only fourteen when my life was spun upside down. My so-called "Father" died, my Mother was forced to work a low-paying job at a bar as a bartender, we were forced out of our large home outside of Manhattan, and into a low-income neighborhood in Queens. I had to leave behind my friends, my dog, and worst of all, my home that I had grown up in. My Mother, younger Brother and I were all hopeful that we would all get through this, if we just stuck together. We all thought that life couldn't get any worse, we were all horribly wrong.

My life is shattered. I have no family other than my brother, who lives too far away to visit. I've got no one. The only person I have to make breathing worth it is Robert Downey Jr. There's been a load of stuff keeping us apart, but even miles of sea didn't bury my memories of him, or the love we might just have shared the whole time if things had been different. Damn. Why does Love have to be so hard?

Robert Downey Jr. - A drama teacher at Ashbrook Academy. He's not only a drama teacher, but he also just so happens to be the Principal. When Oli gets expelled from her old High School, arrangements are made for her to go to Ashbrook. Not only will she school there, but she will live there too. Boarding School. As if her life couldn't suck enough, truth from her Father's death starts digging itself back up. Are her family's lives in jeopardy? 'Mr Downey' ensures her that he'll keep her safe, but can he?
