This is for an assignment I had to do. A creative task about the poem The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost. I do not take any credit in the poem, the story here is written by me though. The world and characters aren't mine. The poem is stated at the start of the story so readers understand the story.

The ache of heart break drawn upon us is a beheading of our hopes, aspirations, dreams and all we hold dear. It is a bower when all of the walls of life seem to shrink and all that we have spoken in the dark seem to fade. Yet we have to be in the darkness to see the light. "Poetry is a noble pursuit. It is needed to sustain life thus it develops us to a greater form of humans. We are slaves to its will for we merely not write poetry for it is poetry which writes us." I announced. #Wattys2014

My favorite poetry. The majority will cover themes that have to do with a sort of wondering or longing. Expect a lot of Walt Whitman and Shakespeare. Also a huge DPS fan so a lot of the poems from that will be in here.

The poem "The snow raven flock" is one of my own original poems. This poem has to do with strength in numbers, as well as accomplishing and completion of a hard task. I wrote this poem to show it is possible to get things done no matter how difficult.

****written for midnight sun contest Elle is sent on a scavenger hunt by her boyfriend Nick. Its a special night, but bittersweet, because she moves back home tomorrow, away from one magical summer and the boy who has her under his spell. Tonight though, she is reliving their summer memories. Will they say goodbye forever, or will Elle find that Nick is the storybook ending she has been searching for?
